*** I HAVEN'T FORGOTTEN ABOUT THIS MAP, I WILL CONTINUE TO WORK ON IT WHEN I GET THE NEXT BREAK, THANKS FOR ALL YOUR COMMENTS AND FAVS! 14/3*** ---------- (Update - 30/1/08) Im proud to announce Version Alpha 0.5! -Added: *Awesome border! *More color. (better than white XD) -Changes: *The Area around Egon has been changed slightly to sit better with the anime and manga. *Changed my poorly draw plateau graphic *Darkened all colors slightly, the Claymore world is not a bright and happy place. *Generally just fiddled around with the layout and coloured my dragon too!  The north is still somewhat neglected  . Hopefully that will change in my next update. --------------- -(Update - 27/1/08)- Version Alpha 0.3 (Path of Teresa) - Added unknown town (start of Ep 05, Manga scene 12) - Added Teo (Ep 05, Manga scene 12) - Added Rokut (Ep 06, Manga scene 15) - Added unknown town (Ep 07, Manga scene 19) - Added Lake? next to Rokut (Ep 06) - new graphics changes - Adjusted landscape to fit better ............................... Its VERY basic atm Im kinda serious about this and its kinda for fun. As far as i can tell there is no real map of the Claymore world. So i started looking up in the manga i have for place names, directions, landmarks, terrain and references that would help me get a VERY rough idea of where some of the places are perhaps in relation to each other. For the most part the Claymore world seems to consist of lots of hills and mountains (dur), some very rocky with alot of forest and grassland. We only ever see a large body of water once to my knowledge (Ep 12) and possibly in the manga though its hard to tell. Despite my comments about Rubel's crap directions ive tried my hardest to keep stuff accurate (in a rough way) ie when Rubel says 'Clare go pwn those yoma hmmm.. 2 days walk somewhere west of here" wherever the hell "here" is. Just so its clear we have no idea what the actual landmass looks like so this one here is probably very wrong lol T.T There is ALOT of stuff ive missed in the manga. Like when a character mentions a place in passing or its rough location, so im asking you die hard Claymore fans out there to help me out . Tell me "WTH! that place should be over there, so and so said it was" or "you missed out town X" and stuff like that so i might update it and make it cooler and more accurate at the same time. Please try to include specific ref to manga scene or Ep so i can easily find it. .......... Future updates: (Maybe, if enough people like this) -The stuff in the north,south,east,NE needs some definite improvement, its kind of..well..empty atm -add a scale and take away those stupid paths too -Better art and proper marking for important places. Right now everything is a black dot >.< -made up stuff. When theres no more reference or places in the manga left i might just make some of my own places  -Better landscape, right now its pretty sparse...yep gotta fix that up -Learn how to draw and color maps, as well as some lessons in geography +plus redo the map style, it sucks atm-Fix any big blindingly obvious mistakes that make me look like a total noob. -Alot of other stuff i forget right now |
